No. Onsite support within our service area is always included at no additional charge
Absolutely Not. We don’t like signing contracts and are sure you don’t either. Even if SpotOn Capital invest in your business to provide you with the hardware and software that you need to succeed. Both The Freedom Group and SpotOn Capital have a shared vision to help you grow and excel. If you are not satisfied with our service and products then all we ask is that we are allowed to pick up the hardware that we installed and then you are free to go
If you can’t tell by now…We have a passion for helping our clients take their business to the next level. That’s why Online Ordering, Loyalty Program, Gift Card Program, Online Review Mangement, Marketing Tools, Website Desing & Hosting, Monthly Merchant Service Fees (such as Statements, Regulatory & PCI Fees) are all included in the $35.00.
Hardware & Networking requirements vary by business and are not included with the SpotOn Everything Package. Contact The Freedom Group to schedule an appointment to discuss your businesses specific needs. In addition, supplies such as printer paper, printer ribbon, etc. are not included but can be purchased directly through The Freedom Group
